Stephanie Sigman gushes over her 'sexy' James Bond co-star Daniel Craig

March 30, 2015

Stephanie Sigman couldn't be happier about being cast as a Bond girl – not least because the role required her to work alongside 007 himself, Daniel Craig. Stephanie had only good things to say about her handsome Spectre co-star this week as she opened up about the film."The scene is sexy and Daniel is sexy," the 28-year-old Mexican actress told the Sun. "He was charming. We do have a lot of chemistry, which makes everything interesting and helps when there are a lot of takes."

Stephanie Sigman stars in Spectre as Estrella

Stephanie stars in Spectre as a mysterious woman named Estrella, but details about her character are being kept firmly under wraps."It feels like a dream come true, being a Bond girl," said the striking brunette. "I feel like a princess. It's hard to believe it when I say, 'I'm a Bond girl.'"It's going to be amazing, the opening sequence I am in. I started acting only five years ago, so to be in 007 is amazing."

Daniel Craig and Monica Bellucci filming Spectre in Rome

Spectre, which is due for release in November, is the follow-up to the 2012 Bond film Skyfall. It sees Daniel – who is married to actress Rachel Weisz – reprise his role as the suave MI6 agent for the fourth time, alongside returning co-stars Ben Whishaw, Ralph Fiennes and Naomie Harris. The action-packed movie also stars Christoph Waltz as Franz Oberhauser, a childhood friend of Bond's and a leading figure in the Spectre organisation, Dave Bautista as Mr Hinx, a top assassin, and Monica Bellucci as Lucia Sciarra, the widow of an assassin killed by Bond.

So far, all that has been revealed about Spectre's plotline is that 007 will be sent on a trail to "uncover a sinister organisation" after receiving a cryptic message from his past. "While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind Spectre," the synopsis reads.
