It's thought that the star sustained his injury while performing a stunt for the movie; Daniel recently told Jimmy Kimmel that he tries to do as many of the action scenes as he can. "I like the fact that occasionally you'll see on screen that it's my face and it's me," he said. "And I think audiences hopefully appreciate that. "The hugely-anticipated film, which marks Daniel's fourth outing as Bond, is scheduled for release in November. Spectre also stars Christoph Waltz, Monica Bellucci, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw and Naomie Harris as Moneypenny.
