Ant and Dec have admitted they are "looking at other things" as the end of their contract with ITV nears. The presenting duo hinted that they could be making a move to the stage or even a sitcom as they explore their options away from the broadcaster.
The Britain's Got Talent hosts have been in an exclusive "golden handcuffs" deal with ITV since November 2013, however it has been reported they will avoid signing another exclusive deal with the broadcaster so they can pursue other projects while continuing to host their popular entertainment shows.

Speaking about the new deal, Dec told The Sun: "We haven't decided yet, me and Ant have talked but we haven't talked to ITV, we normally do it before we go off to the jungle for I'm A Celebrity.
"We will wait until Saturday Night Takeaway finishes and we will think about it. Our three big shows and the shows we love are on ITV.
"ITV is our home and we have been very lucky with them. But we are also evaluating and looking at other things."

He added: "We loved doing Saturday Night Takeaway on tour so we are looking at the possibility of another tour or even theatre. We could do something with comedy in the West End, we are throwing around ideas."
The 40-year-old also said that he and Ant have been inspired by their Who Shot Simon Cowell? sketch to start writing a sitcom, which they hope to film next year.
"We are also looking to do a comedy next year. It is something we've been discussing for years. There is stuff down on paper now," he said. "There is stuff down on paper now. We have been inspired by Who Shot Simon Cowell? and we hope to do a pilot next year and possibly some other pilots too."
