Outnumbered stars are all grown up – and Twitter is in shock!

July 25, 2016

It's been nine years since Ramona Marquez, Tyger Drew-Honey and Daniel Roche first found fame in the hit British TV show Outnumbered. Fast forward to the present day, and the three child star are now virtually unrecognisable.

Ramona, 15, (who played Karen Brockman), 20-year-old Tyger (Jake Brockman), and 16-year-old Daniel (Ben Brockman), recently reunited for a photograph which was posted on Twitter on Sunday - and it has gone on to cause quite a stir among fans of the BBC programme.

"I refuse to believe that these are the kids from Outnumbered," one disbelieving user wrote, while another added: "Is this genuinely the children from Outnumbered? Now I understand that I have aged and won't be young forever!"

Outnumbered first aired in 2007, and ran for seven years and five series before its final episode in March 2014. It also starred Hugh Dennis and Claire Skinner as Pete and Sue Brockman, a father and mother outnumbered by their three children.

Just recently, the show's creator, Andy Hamilton, hinted that the popular sitcom might return to TV screens in the near future.

"We hope to visit the family for a kind of one-off," he said during an appearance on Fubar radio. "Me and Guy (co-creator Guy Jenkins), on our wall, in our office, we have a list of ideas we are trying to work out. We've done a few Christmas specials, but you kind of disappear in a big gap of Christmas programming. We're kind of inclined to do it somewhere else if we can."

He added: "That'll be a discussion me and Guy have to have between ourselves and then the BBC. We are hoping to film it next year."
