SPOILER ALERT! DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED THURSDAY'S EPISODE OF THE APPRENTICE
Another week, another candidate from The Apprentice has been fired.
Lord Sugar brought six hopefuls into the boardroom on Thursday night's episode, eventually concluding that Natalie was the weakest link. "For a potential business partner of mine, Natalie, you've been a bit quiet; you've not been pushing yourself forward," he said. "It is regretful that this is only the second week but Natalie, you're fired."
While most candidates would have been disappointed to leave the show, Natalie from Glasgow admitted: "Lord Sugar made the right decision. I'm glad I got to go home."
Natalie was the second contestant to be eliminated from the process
Speaking to HELLO! Online she said: "It was fantastic, it was a great experience and a great opportunity but it was also hard and I just think it wasn't for me. It's all a bit dramatic. It was all a bit too much. At the end of the day I just wanted to go home. I don't know if I would do it again."
THE APPRENTICE: MEET THE CANDIDATES
The 30-year-old businesswoman, who owns two beauty and clothing companies, admitted that she had never watched The Apprentice and didn't really need an investment in her business.
"I just went with the flow and ended up getting in the competition. I think it was just luck! There are a lot of strong characters who needed the opportunity more than me."
"It was all a bit too much. At the end of the day I just wanted to go home," said Natalie
Natalie was criticised for her lack of contribution in the advertising task. She worked under project manager Jessica, who she says she "got on well with," and the other remaining girls.
"We tried to work in a team but I felt like everyone had their own game plan," said Natalie. "I was just me. I was being true to myself. I was very quiet though and I'm not a quiet person. I'm very confident and outspoken. But I was totally out of my comfort zone. Everybody had their own mini cliques in the house. It was hard work."
Who does she think will go next? "Aleksandra isn't cut out for it. I can't see her lasting much longer," said Natalie. "She's all chat and quite patronising. Deep down I know she's a nice, nice person but she's being fake, trying to be someone she's not. She'll be out in the next couple of weeks. She'll never win. Alana too – she's clutching at straws!"
