The former actress, who has also starred in Doctors and The Bill, is also a personal trainer and she happily offers tips on intense workouts and healthy eating plans. In one recent post, she explained: "Being happy meant being proud I had meal prepped, getting in my workouts, seeing my body change and develop my own coaching standards. It meant eating out but probably sashimi, having soul foods but planned ones, never spontaneous. It meant doing something I thought I never could do."

You won't believe what Harry Potter's Viktor Krum looks like now!

In a new interview with Popsugar, Danielle opened up about her self-esteem and body image. When discussing her experience with "fitting in" with stars in the acting world, she confessed: "I think subconsciously you wanted to "fit in" to the TV and film world and unfortunately that meant being petite and skinny." She added: "Essentially, though, my body-image issues weren't down to the industry alone. These were ideas I had from little events along the way of life. Not looking like the other girls in school. Not being able to wear hipster jeans without muffin top. Having my thighs chafe or the boys in school call me fatso. It was a combination of ideas and thoughts I attached myself to."
