Alongside hosting the popular Channel 4 property programme, Kevin owns his own architectural company, called MCC3 Ltd. In 2019, the business reportedly took home profits of just under £846,000 and handed over an eye-watering £607,269 in tax - meaning that the TV star's taxable earnings were around five times that number. The 61-year-old then went on to present Grand Designs, which is now in its twentieth series, proving its popularity still remains to this day. Kevin has also presented a string of other property shows over the years, thanks to his popularity on the hit Channel 4 design show, and he has penned several best-selling interior design books. Away from his TV and design work, Kevin is a proud dad-of-four, two of whom he shares with his ex-wife Suzanna. Kevin and Suzanna split in 2019. At the time, a spokesperson told The Daily Mail: "I can confirm that, sadly, Kevin and Suzanna separated. We won't be making any further comment." The pair have kept their separation out of the spotlight since.
