Where are the child stars of America's Got Talent now?

These young performers blew the judges away

Many child stars have graced the America's Got Talent stage over the years, and some have even beaten the odds - and competitors twice and sometimes three times their age - to take home the million-dollar prize.

And while we may remember how adorable some of them were when they first auditioned as children – they're all grown-up now! Let's take a look at some of the most memorable child stars of AGT and find out what they're up to today…

Grace VanderWaal

Probably one of the most recognisable child stars in AGT history, Grace VanderWaal has come a long way since she won the 11th series in 2016 after wowing judges and audiences alike with her unique voice and ukulele skills. Aged just 12 at the time, Grace is now 17 years old and has since released an album and several EPs. Last year made her acting debut in the Disney+ musical film Stargirl.

Darci Lynne

Darci Lynne, 11, charmed America when she competed on AGT alongisde her puppet, a bunny named Petunia in 2017. Her talent for ventriloquism combined with her comedic timing and stunning voice were enough to earn her the million-dollar prize and she was crowned the show's season 12 winner.

Following her win, Darci embarked on a 52-date national tour and returned to compete in America's Got Talent: The Champions, where she placed second. These days, 16-year-old Darci continues to perform with Petunia and has made appearances on the likes of Nickelodeon's Unfiltered and comedy series Side Hustle.

Kaitlyn Maher

Who could forget little Kaitlyn Maher? The four-year-old singer made history as the youngest contestant in America's Got Talent history when she auditioned in 2008 and made it all the way to the top ten before she was eliminated. Kaitlyn is now 17-years-old and recently graduated high school! According to her Instagram, she is attending Duke University in the fall to study for a Bachelor of Arts!

Quintavious Johnson

Quintavious Johnson auditioned for AGT when he was just 12 years old in 2014 and made it all the way to the finals after impressing the judges with his incredible vocals, sweet personality and signature whistle tones.

After the series ended, Quintavious, now 19, was selected to perform the United States national anthem in front of a national television audience on Thanksgiving. He continues to make music, and earlier this year, he released a brand new song titled Your Grace.

Sky Katz

Sky Katz graced the AGT stage in 2016 when she was 11 and rapped an original song for the judges, which was met with approval from all four who didn't hesitate to send her to Judge Cuts. Sadly, she didn't make it any further and was eliminated after her second performance.

Since then, she has appeared in numerous TV roles, landing the part of Tess O'Malley in the Disney Channel series Raven's Home and the lead role in a new teen series called Surviving Summer, which is due out next year.
