The brand new mystery thriller, The Tourist, is well and truly underway on BBC One, starring Jamie Dornan as 'The Man'.

The gripping series has captured the attention of viewers, who are all saying the same thing about the third episode, which aired on Sunday night.

In the explosive third instalment of the new show, viewers watched as Billy Nixon continued his hunt for 'The Man' and after locating him, alongside Helen and Luci, tried to kill them all.
While Billy may seem to be the show's blatant bad guy, viewers have identified another villain of the piece in Helen Chambers' fiancée, Ethan Krum.
Viewers have taken a disliking to the character, who is not only unsupportive of Helen's career, but has criticised her ability to do her job.
One person took to Twitter, writing: "I can't help thinking Ethan in #TheTourist is written as so pantomimically repulsive it feels he's a bigger villain than the drawling shotgun-toting American," while another agreed, adding: "Three episodes into #TheTourist now and I still can’t quite make my mind up on what I think of it, other than the fact Ethan is more of a villain than the actual villains."

A third person commented: "Just finished episode three of #TheTourist and so far Ethan is by far the worst human, including the cowboy killer."

Other fans were urging Helen, played by Danielle Macdonald, to dump her husband-to-be, hoping to see him get his comeuppance. One person tweeted: "I’m onto episode three. If this doesn’t end with Helen, the probationary Constable, drop-kicking Ethan into next week I’ll need to have words with the writers," while another added: "Have just watched episode three of #TheTourist. Really really hope Ethan gets his comeuppance, Helen is far too good for him."
A third commented: "Seriously Helen you need to ditch Ethan."
Comments made by fans about the character since the show's debut have even caught the attention of Greg Larsen, who plays Ethan in the series. Responding to a tweet that said: "Ethan could be the character I’d most like to punch in the face in TV history #TheTourist," Greg wrote, jokingly: "Getting lots of good feedback!! Check me out on #TheTourist."
