Speaking in a previous interview, Charlie insisted that she wouldn't make a return to the iconic programme, stating that she was "too old" to do it.
"It's all about baking these days on TV. But if they did bring back Ground Force it wouldn't be with me and Tommy doing it – we're all too old!" she explained during a 2014 interview.
"And if you could see me now, my hair is in a tight bunch and I'm out in the garden doing compost. The whole sex symbol thing was a bit silly really."

Charlie insisted the team are now "too old" to reboot Groudn Force
Ground Force aired from 1997 until 2005. When the show finished, reports at the time suggested the programme ended due to the tensions between the presenters. However, a few years later, Charlie set the record straight.
Speaking to Warrington Guardian, she explained: "When we first started filming we were polite to each other for the first two series but by the third series we were like family."

She continued: "My main memory of Ground Force was laughing lots. It was the same team week in, week out, as well as the same production and crew. You know what it's like when you work with a team of people and you get on."
Charlie, 55, now presents Garden Rescue with new experts, Lee Burkhill, Flo Headlam and Chris Hull.
