Phillip Schofield has been absent from his regular presenting slot on This Morning this week and viewers are wondering when the ITV broadcaster is set to return.
The TV star, who has been the face of the morning programme since 2003, usually appears on This Morning every Monday through Thursday alongside his co-star Holly Willoughby. However, this week, Holly has been joined by replacements.
Alison Hammond appeared alongside Holly for Monday and Tuesday, while Wednesday and Thursday saw comedian and The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett join as a guest host.
During Thursdays show, ITV confirmed that Phillip would not present This Morning for the coming fortnight, making way for Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary to host over the Easter break.
Holly and Phillip have traditionally taken time away from their hosting duties during school holidays including Easter, Christmas and summer break.

On Monday's show, Holly and Alison were clearly thrilled to be hosting together. The show opened with Holly and Alison addressing the change of presenters. After the credits rolled, loud music was playing in the studio as Holly began: "Phillip is having the week off, so all the adults have left the building!"
Meanwhile, comedian Joel was thrilled to be making his debut as guest host. He wrote on Instagram: "This is not a DRILL! I'll be hosting @thismorning for the next few days with @hollywilloughby - See you in the morning."
Fans have been loving seeing Joel as a This Morning presenter and took to social media to heap praise on his new gig. A second added: "I'm liking Joel Dommett on This Morning. #ThisMorning," as a third said: "Isn't Joel a breath of fresh air #thismorning."
