What is My Dentist’s Murder Trial about?
Adapted from the New Yorker article from 2017, titled My Dentist’s Murder Trial: Adultery, false identities and a lethal sedation, the story follows Dr Gilberto Nunaz, a dentist who was charged with murdering his close friend Thomas Kolman using poison.
Nunaz, who was having an affair with his friend’s wife, Linda, also stood trial on two fraud charges, including him impersonating a CIA agent. For the full story, check out the New Yorker’s stranger-than-fiction tale here.

Who is in the My Dentist’s Murder Trial cast?
In a big change to playing a heroic role (see Oberyn Martell, Din Djarin, Joel), Pedro will be playing the doctor, Nunez. He is set to be joined by Stranger Things star David Harbour - though his exact role has not yet been confirmed.
When is My Dentist’s Murder Trial being released?
Variety reported that the upcoming HBO show was in early stages of development back in July 2022, and there has been no official announcement since. With Pedro filming and promoting The Mandalorian and The Last of Us while David is set to begin filming the final season of Stranger Things in June 2023, we’re not expecting a release until at least 2024 - so watch this space!
