Welcome to your Daily Lowdown from HELLO! In today's episode, we're talking about Niall Horan teasing new music with a "heavy rock" sound and Dua Lia landing a role in the new Barbie movie

Not only that but there are whispers that Shrek could be getting a fifth movie with the original cast taking part. Take a listen to the episode below.

Niall Horan has said he wants to make new music with a "heavier" rock sound. The former One Direction star revealed that his favourite music comes from the 1970s and that he is eager to lean into a more 'rockier' sound for his own material. Niall added that he thinks a heavy sound would suit his voice but he didn't reveal whether a rock album is on the cards. Meanwhile, the Slow Hands hitmaker is set to release his third solo album, The Show, which will feature his new song, Heaven. The Show is due for release in May.

Dua Lipa is dipping her toes into acting and we think her upcoming role in perfect for her. The One Kiss singer is set to appear in the highly-anticipated Barbie film alongside other big names like Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling and Will Ferrell. Dua will be playing a Mermaid Doll and her character was confirmed in a series of images that were released this week. The movie is due for release in July and we're already excited to watch it.

Speaking of films, plans have begun for a fifth Shrek movie featuring the original cast. DreamWorks boss Chris Meledandri, who is working on the upcoming Super Mario Brothers movie, has told Variety that he's keen to see the film's stars Mike Meyers, Eddie Murphy and Cameron Diaz back in the same room to reprise their roles. Although the project is in its very early stages of development, Chris added that talks are beginning to come together, following Eddie's comments that he would happily voice Donkey again in a future movie.

The Forbes Billionaire list has been published and many big names in music have unsurprisingly made the list. Rihanna, who has enjoyed huge success with her Fenty brand as well as her music career, has made the list thanks to her 1.4 billion fortune. Rihanna's Roc Nation boss, Jay Z also made the list, not for the first time, thanks to his 2.5 billion fortune, which grew from the last time he was featured with a 1.4 billion fortune. Elsewhere on the list, Kim Kardashian also appears with a fortune of 1.2 billion, while her ex-husband Kanye West, now known as Ye, found himself no longer on the list after parting ways with former brand partner Adidas.

And we're sending a big congratulations to Team GB diver Tom Daley and film director Dustin Lance Black who have announced that they have welcomed their second son. The couple shared the happy news that their son, Phoenix Rose, was born at the end of March via a surrogate despite not announcing they were expecting. Tom and Dustin, who wed in 2017, are already proud parents to their eldest son, Robert Ray, who they welcomed in 2018.
