Netflix's brand-new series Beef has swiftly become one of the most talked-about shows right now – and it's not difficult to see why.
Steven Yeun and Ali Wong lead the cast of the fresh comedy-drama series about two people who lock horns after a major road rage incident. Viewers have wasted no time in bingeing the series and it seems many are saying the same thing – that it's brilliant!
Taking to social media to give their reviews, plenty of Beef fans have said it’s the best show they've watched on Netflix in a long time. One person wrote: "#Beef is now on #Netflix. Has to be one of the sharpest, funniest, and strangely poignant things you'll see all year. It balances its tonal shifts like an absolute champ, and Ali Wong and Steven Yeun are rock stars to make it all work so seamlessly."
A second agreed, tweeting: "#Beef on Netflix is thoroughly enjoyable. It's been a long time since I had this much fun watching a netflix original. That being said, I need season 2 NOW."

A third echoed this, writing: "All fired up with suspense & pressure, #Beef's pilot is the rare case when Netflix gets it right. It's a bomb of tension with original characters you're drawn to instantly. Yeun and Wong are a duo with a natural chemistry pouring out of the screen. You feel their rage immediately." A fourth added: "This new show on Netflix #BEEF is beyond good. It's like a perfect balance of random comedy and just real life emotions."
For those who are yet to tune in, the synopsis reads: "Beef follows the aftermath of a road rage incident between two strangers.
"Danny Cho, a failing contractor with a chip on his shoulder, goes head-to-head with Amy Lau, a self-made entrepreneur with a picturesque life. The increasing stakes of their feud unravel their lives and relationships in this darkly comedic and deeply moving series."
Leading the cast is The Walking Dead and Minari star Steven Yeun as Danny and stand-up comedian and Always Be My Maybe actress Ali Wong.
