The tenth series of Married at First Sight Australia has seen many couples go through rocky patches after getting hitched on the show, but one pair that has caught the attention of many viewers throughout the duration of the latest season.
Brontë Schofield and Harrison Boon, who married at the beginning of series ten, have had a less than smooth journey in the experiment and the most recent episode had fans expressing the same concern about Brontë.
Taking to social media, many were quick to wonder why the online beauty educator had decided to stay with Harrison given the treatment she has received in the aftermath of him revealing he had a romantic connection outside the experiment.
One person wrote: "Are we missing the point here? And that is that Brontë is just so desperate to have a man in her life that clearly a toerag is better than nothing. Have some self-respect girl #MAFSAustralia."

A second said: "I can't work out if Bronte has actually been brainwashed or if she is just going along with Harrisons fake relationship for more screen time #MAFSAustralia."
A third tweeted: "Brontë needs to shine her eyes!! #MAFSAustralia," while a fourth added: "When Brontë said 'I do trust him and I'm not a trustworthy person' was she accidentally telling us she can't be trusted or did she mean to say, I'm not a trusting person? Freudian slip, Brontë?"
At the beginning of the series, Harrison and Bronte got off to a rocky start on their wedding day. Although their faces lit up when they first laid eyes on each other at the altar, things took a dramatic turn when Brontë was informed by her friend that Harrison had been keeping a girl on the side for when he "finished" the experiment.
The pair remained a couple for the majority of the series, but it has since been reported that they have parted ways.
