Drake and Josh star Drake Bell has been found and is speaking with law enforcement, according to an update from the Daytona Beach Police Department on Thursday after reports emerge that he had been deemed "missing and endangered."
"At this time, we can confirm law enforcement officials are in contact and Mr. Bell is safe," the update on Facebook read. It was earlier reported that the 36-year-old actor went missing on Wednesday April 12 at around 9pm, and was last seen at that time driving a 2022 grey BMW.

The former child star recently completed probation following a child endangerment case. Speaking about his sentencing, he told Mexican show Ventaneando: "I was very stupid and irresponsible. Fans contact you on Instagram, but there was a girl I talked to and I didn't pay attention to her age. When talking to her, she became obsessed and when I found out her age, I cut off communication, blocked her and that upset her."
At the time of his sentencing, his victim read an impact statement, calling his actions "unforgivable and inexcusable" and adding: "They cannot be taken back. He was calculating, he preyed on me and sexually abused me. He is a monster and a danger to children." He was sentenced to two years of probation and 200 hours of community service.
He was recently spotted at the gym back in February 2023, shortly after it was confirmed that he was splitting from his wife, Janet Von Schmeling. According to Page Six, the pair split in January, with both Janet and their son Jeremy moving to Florida following the break up.
