Welcome to your Daily Lowdown from HELLO!. In today's episode, we're discussing Jesy Nelson's relationship with her fellow Little Mix band members, Taylor Swift's supposed reaction to her and Joe Alwyn's split, and Mischa Barton's new TV role.
Take a listen to the episode below…
Jesy Nelson has revealed that she hasn’t spoken to her Little Mix bandmates Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock or Jade Thirlwall for over two years. The singer, who is currently promoting her new single Bad Thing, said that she wishes them well on their solo journeys, and called them all crazy talented. She added that she struggled with trolling while in the band, which made her unable to enjoy the good parts of it by the end. Little Mix is currently on hiatus as they explore solo careers.
In a move we were not expecting, it has been revealed that The OC star Mischa Barton will be joining the cast of the newly rebooted show, Neighbours. Mischa is set to play an American who is new to the neighbourhood, and isn’t quite who she appears to be. Mischa said that she was excited to be part of the iconic show’s next chapter - and we can’t wait to see her make her debut!
Jonathan Majors has been dropped by his management company, according to reports. The actor, who recently starred in Creed III, was arrested three weeks ago in New York City on charges of domestic violence. His lawyer Priya Chaudhry released a statement telling Deadline that Jonathan is completely innocent and that they are hoping that the charges will be dropped.
Taylor Swift appeared to respond to a fan checking up on her after it was reported that she and her partner Joe Alwyn had split after six years. While performing during her Eras Tour, a fan held up a sign asking her if she was okay. While performing her Reputation album single Delicate, Taylor smiled after spotting the sign and gave a thumbs up to the fan before continuing with the show. Although neither she nor Joe have spoken publicly about the split, an insider said that the relationship had simply run its course and that the split was weren't the right fit for each other.
And finally, James Corden’s time on The Late Late Show is finally coming to an end - and the guests for his last show have been confirmed! James’ close friend Harry Styles will appear on the show alongside Elf star Will Ferrell as well as the K-pop band Blackpink - and the episode will also feature the last ever Carpool Karaoke segment - but we’ll have to wait and see to find out who is in the car!
