The Married At First Sight Australia experts introduced a new phase called Feedback Week during Tuesday night's episode – and it's safe to say things got tense between Duncan James and Alyssa Barmonde.
When the couple sat down to talk about their relationship, they got into a heated discussion about Alyssa's child, with Alyssa saying that Duncan wouldn't understand what being a parent involved.
Duncan said: "If I can never understand, how can I possibly integrate myself into you and your child's life?"
While Duncan went on to reassure Alyssa that it was a "no brainer" that her child would be a main priority, she repeated that he wouldn't understand until he was a parent himself.
After failing to agree on the matter, Alyssa left the room and Duncan broke down in tears. "I feel like I am trying to be positive, trying to give reassurance, but it feels like there are a lot of sentences from Alyssa about why this won't work," he said.
Taking to Twitter, viewers shared their frustration at Alyssa. One person wrote: "I can see where Alyssa is coming from BUT it's like flogging a dead horse now! Duncan has constantly tried to reassure her so I'm confused as to what more does she want? Even if they had a child together the child would be first priority on his part - hard to watch #MAFSAU."

A second fan tweeted: "Why is Alyssa self-sabotaging all the time? Duncan has said numerous times he understands her child is a priority so why does she keep making an issue out of it? In my opinion, I think she is looking for a way out of the relationship and doesn't really want Duncan."
A third person added: "#MAFSAU Alyssa NOONE knows how to be a parent until they are one! Give Duncan a chance, he may well surprise you."
