Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig have been married since 2011 and since then have remained one of Hollywood's serious power couples.
While the two have starred together several times, most recently in the 2011 play Betrayal, it doesn't seem likely that 52-year-old Rachel will be assuming her husband's mantle anytime soon.
In an interview with Extra, she was asked whether she would be interested in playing a female version of James Bond in any upcoming iterations.
Daniel achieved significant mainstream success thanks to his role in the long-running spy franchise, which started in Casino Royale (2006) and continued for four more installments, ending with No Time to Die (2021).
Amid speculation regarding who'll be taking on the legendary British agent's moniker (ranging from Idris Elba to Henry Cavill and Aaron-Taylor Johnson), Rachel stated that it definitely wouldn't be her.

"Definitely not," she said. "That's a male character written by a man for a man. No personal interest in that. If someone else does, that's great."
The Black Widow star also clarified in an earlier interview whether she and her husband of over a decade would be working together anytime soon (the two also starred in 2011's Dream House), although that was refuted once again.
She told Today's Willie Geist: "I think we aren't going to [work together again], at the moment. I think we really love our private life as a life, as a family. And then we go to work separately.

"We really enjoyed that experience, but also it means we can alternate. So I can stay home with the family while he works. We can swap out. If we're both doing something at the same time, it's probably less ideal."
The pair share a five-year-old daughter, whose identity they have kept private, while Rachel has a son from her previous marriage to director Darren Aronofsky, 17-year-old Henry, and Daniel has a 31-year-old daughter, Ella, from his first marriage to actress Fiona Loudon.
