Kelly Ripa got into some awkward positions during the Live show with her husband Mark Consuelos as her new co-host.
On Wednesday's episode of "Live With Kelly and Mark," the celebrity couple had some fun with partner yoga, leading to a few cheeky remarks.
This comes after recent criticisms that the new co-hosts have been displaying too much PDA on the daytime talk show.
Before beginning the yoga session, Kelly asked Mark if he practiced yoga regularly. He admitted to considering it but never actually following through.
As they discussed their flexibility, the conversation took a playful turn, with the audience laughing along.
Later in the program, the duo donned all-black workout clothes to learn partner yoga with Colleen Saidman and Rodney Yee from Yoga Shanti.
Colleen described partner yoga as a "pretty intimate" experience. The couple then embarked on their yoga journey, starting with a pose that had them touching the bottoms of their feet together.
“I think I could be bendy, but I think I could be bendier, do you know what I mean?” Kelly commented.
“I’m flexy, but I’m not as flexible as I should be,” she added.

As they progressed through various poses, they finished with Mark in a downward-facing dog position and Kelly balancing on his back, even impressively balancing on one leg. The audience applauded their effort and the couple's fun-loving energy.
This lighthearted segment followed the couple's first episode as co-hosts of the daytime talk show on Monday.
Ryan Seacrest, who had co-hosted the show with Ripa since 2017, announced his departure in February. On Tuesday, some fans criticized the couple for discussing their personal life too much, fearing that "mundane" domestic stories would overtake the show.
One such instance was when Kelly played a recording of Mark snoring in bed, prompting a fan to reminisce about the days when "REAL social & news issues were discussed" on Twitter.
Kelly has been a host of the hit show since 2001.
