Yellowjackets season two is currently on our screens, and continues to explore the mystery surrounding the group of survivors who found themselves in the wilderness after a plane crash. Our latest fascination is with Javi, the youngest crash survivor. So what happened to Javi? Find out here…
Despite going missing in the season one finale, Javi has finally returned to the show in season two episode four, despite everyone thinking that he was dead in the wilderness due to the freezing winter conditions. Discovered by Taisa and Van in the forest, the group are concerned when Javi won't speak to anyone, and appears not to recognize his brother or the girls.
A popular theory among fans is that he has been living underground in a bunker, which would explain how he survived the freezing weather conditions. Others also believe that he could be suffering from mercury poisoning which would explain his erratic behaviour – particularly when several of the girls were poisoned in season one. So what actually happened in the two months that he was missing? Watch this space!
However, his return is certainly a controversial one, as Natalie had previously faked Javi's death to convince her brother Travis, with whom she is having a romance, to stop looking for him. Since Javi has shown up alive, does this mean that Travis will confront Natalie over her lies? We can't wait to find out!

Another person added: "How did javi survive a month outside in the same winter that killed jackie in one night?" A third person tweeted: "Javi has for sure seen some pretty messed up stuff."
