Holly Willoughby has shared a new video of herself, less than 24 hours before returning to This Morning after being off for a week with a bout of shingles.
The mother-of-three looked glowing as she filmed a brief clip which showed her "cleaning the energy" in her £3million home.
Writing alongside the clip, which showed her surrounded by a candle and many crystals, Holly wrote: "It's important for me to spring clean the energy in the house.
"I like to burn Sage or Palo Santo to energetically cleanse the vibrations around me and wave the smoke around the room and over my crystals to enhance the energy in the room."
Holly's followers were inspired by her video, with many rushing to order Palo Santo.
"Thank you Holy just ordered Palo Santo from Amazon hope the right stuff ## happy crystalling to you much love xxxxxx," one wrote, whilst another added: "Palo Santo is very old and powerful and brilliant for removing negative energies. This is a great way to kick off a spring clean. Love it."
Monday will see Holly return to live TV. The star announced over the weekend that she had finally left her home after being housebound for a week whilst recovering from shingles.
"And I'm out of the house… the birds are putting on quite the show today… spring sounds beautiful," she simply wrote alongside a photo of her family dog Bailey.
On Friday, the star had hinted that she was on the road to recovery after admitting that she was feeling "much better" as she shared a photo of the sweet get-well gift she received from This Morning's Dermot O'Leary.
Holly posted a photo of a carton of soup and a hefty-looking sandwich, which she captioned: "Thank you Dermot O'Leary for the sweetest delivery of chicken soup and salt beef. Just what I needed.
"Feeling so much better, thank you for all your well wishes," she added.
