Three of Hollywood's biggest A-listers are getting ready to team up to star in a new film focusing on the credit and housing bubbles of the early 2000s, which eventually led to the 2008 financial crash. Titled The Big Short, the film, an adaptation of a best-selling book, will star Brad Pitt, Ryan Gosling, and Christian Bale.
Although nothing is set in stone, it is thought that the film will be directed by writer Adam McKay, although don't expect to see this one any time soon.
Currently shooting The Nice Guys with Russell Crowe, Ryan is one of Hollywood's busisest actors especially with his newborn daughter, who Ryan and partner Eva Mendes welcomed earlier in 2014. Christian was originally attached to star as Steve Jobs in Sony's film of the Apple founder, which is now at Universal, but also has The Deep Blue Good-by gearing up to film.Brad recently wrapped filming on his second ever project with wife Angelina Jolie, By The Sea - the pair met on the set of 2004 film Mr. And Mrs. Smith - and has been supporting Angelina as her latest directorial effort Unbroken opens around the globe.
