Lupita Nyong'o has been named as the new face of French skincare and cosmetics company Lancôme.
Following in the footsteps of stars including Kate Winslet, Julia Roberts, Penelope Cruz and Lily Collins, Lupita is now an ambassador for the luxury beauty brand.
In honour of her signing, Lancôme released a photo of Lupita to give a taste of campaigns to come.
"I am truly honoured to join the Maison Lancôme, a brand with such a prestigious history that I have always loved," said Lupita, who is the company's first black ambassador.
"I am particularly proud to represent its unique vision for women and the idea that beauty should not be dictated, but should instead be an expression of a woman's freedom to be herself."
This is not the first time that the 12 Years a Slave star has been signed to represent a major brand, she was recently chosen as one of the faces for Miu Miu's spring campaign, along with Elizabeth Olsen, Elle Fanning and Bella Heathcote.
During her award season appearance Lupita consistently turned heads with her stylish fashion choices and flawless beauty looks.
Shortly after bagging the Oscar for Best Actress in a Supporting Role, Lupita jetted to Paris as the French capital's fashion week finished on a high note.
