Gyunel's Autumn/Winter 2015 show saw models storming the the post-apocalyptic themed runway, in deconstructed outfits and bold prints. Backstage, hair stylist Darren Ambrose took dishevelled chic to the next level with models rocking textured dreadlocks and loose, messy braids using products from Wella Professionals' upcoming EIMI range. "This will be the second season that we've collaborated with Wella Professionals," said designer Gyunel Rustamova. "I'm really excited to work together again for our A/W15 show at London Fashion Week as Wella appreciate and practice the same values of innovation, creativity and individuality." How to get the look: 1. Wash your hair to get it in tip top condition and then massage volume-giving mousse into the hair, focusing on the scalp.
2. Roughly section the hair with fingers and spray EIMI Dry Me into the roots to add some texture. Quickly blast with a hair dryer to work the product further into the hair and create a fuller, more undone look. Backcomb the roots for extra support and structure, and work outwards from the middle parting.
3. Use a large barrel tong to create curls irregularly all over the head – make sure there are no defined, clean sections, Shake your hair out whilst spraying with dry shampoo for a matte effect.
4. Take a teardrop section at the crown and apply EIMI Texture Touch before backcombing the roots. Twist the hair into a rope, starting at the bottom of the teardrop and working towards the nape of the neck. Keep the base loose for an undone billowed effect.
5. Create the post-apocalyptic finish by taking a length of distressed leather and wrapping it around the roped hair. Scrunch the loose hair and spritz with hairspray evenly to give it strong hold.
