Kendall Jenner knows the importance of keeping her phone by her side – with more than 37 million Instagram followers and another 12 million fans on Twitter, the rising star has mastered the art of taking picture-perfect selfies and behind-the-scenes snapshots. Now the 19-year-old has poked fun at her phone obsession in a new tongue-in-cheek ad campaign for Estée Lauder.

In the short clip, the Keeping up with the Kardashians star is dressed to kill and ready to party, waiting patiently for her beautiful friends - including Victoria's Secret angel Lily Aldridge – to arrive. However as her guests arrive one-by-one, the group ignores each other and all respectively stare at their phones.
It isn't until their batteries die and Kendall goes to fix her dazzling make-up, courtesy of Estée Lauder’s Double Wear Make-up To Go compact, that the party finally comes to life.
Kendall's latest campaign for the beauty giant, for whom she has been the face since November 2014, follows another successful New York Fashion Week for the star, who walked in major shows including Givenchy, Michael Kors, Diane Von Furstenberg and Marc Jacobs.

It was during Fashion Week that Kendall first discovered she had landed a contract with Estée Lauder – but at the time she was sworn to secrecy. "I was so excited," she revealed. "I found out backstage in Paris and they told me I couldn't say anything. So I saw the text and I was like, 'Oh my god! I have to keep this to myself.' When I got to my room I started freaking out."
It's been a particularly successful year for Kendall, who firmly established herself in the ranks of supermodels as she made Forbes' list of the world's highest-earning models for the first time, alongside the likes of Gisele Bündchen, Karlie Kloss, Doutzen Kroes, Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss.
