It was all eyes on Lily Allen as she stepped out for a beauty party on Tuesday night. The 30-year-old was channelling gothic glam as she attended the Gwen Stefani x Urban Decay dinner at London's Hotel Chantelle to celebrate the pop superstar's beauty collaboration.

Lily turned heads in a floor-sweeping black velvet dress and a shearling backpack. But it wasn't just her outfit that got tongues wagging – the popstar was showing off bright blue locks and heavy, matching blue eyeliner.Joining Lily at the party was former HFM covergirl Leah Weller, who was rocking casual chic in an all-white jeans and t-shirt ensemble.

The ladies were celebrating the launch of Gwen's palette for Urban Decay.

Giving fans a chance to copy her look, the iconic popstar has teamed up with the brand to release her own eye shadow palette. "It’s all about creative self-expression, being strong and not being afraid to go outside of the box," she said.

Since her rise to stardom as the frontwoman of No Doubt during the 1990s, Gwen's retro-inspired style has been a reference for beauty fans everywhere.“I love wearing makeup and having so many ways to express myself through it," she noted. "It’s my war paint. "Her collaboration with Urban Decay – "who get that concept and who are just as passionate about it" – is a "dream come true."

Housed in beautiful gold hardware, the shades are all named after things that have a special meaning to Gwen – 'Anaheim' is where she grew up, 'Bathwater' is a No Doubt song and '1987' is the year No Doubt formed.

The fashion designer was involved with every step of the product design to create 15 of her favourite coloured shadows for the palette. Reflecting her multifaceted personality, it features a range of shades from cool neutrals to bright jewel tones.
