The Loose Women panelists certainly know how to make the most of their time off work, and over the weekend enjoyed some well-deserved pamper away from their hectic schedules at the luxurious Champneys spa in the Chiltern Hills. TV hosts Nadia Sawalha, Andrea McLean, Linda Robson, Jane Moore and Stacey Solomon, shared snippets of their girly day out together over on Instagram, much to the delight of their fans. Over on Nadia’s account, the star posted a fun video of the ladies enthusiastically waving to the camera sporting dressing gowns and telling fans: "We are all at Champneys," which resulted in a loud cheer from the others. Followers were quick to comment on the footage, with one writing: "Aww fabulous! You all look great! Much love to you all!," while another observed: "You all look so happy, relaxed & refreshed." Meanwhile, fellow panelist Saira Khan, added: "Fantastic – you all rock."

Stacey also shared a picture from their day showing her and Linda – who is dressed in a pair of Loose Women pyjamas, chilling out on a luxurious bed, surrounded by Champneys products.

Earlier in the month, Nadia unveiled a sleek new hairstyle live on air. The 52-year-old, notorious for her corkscrew curls, showcased her new straightened ‘do for the first time as part of a 'feel-good Friday' segment over Easter. The mother-of-two revealed that her debut hairstyle had taken hours to achieve, admitting that she had been wanting to try out the look for a while. "It’s changed how I stand. I feel like I’ve got a broom up my back. I thought it was important to try something new as at my age I could get stuck in a rut for the next 20 years," she said.

Panelist Lisa Riley also shocked fans back in March, after revealing her dramatic transformation following surgery to remove excess skin having dropped from a size 30 to a size 12 dress size. Appearing on the show, the 40-year-old opened up about her journey as she admitted she' was still "taking time" to digest it all. "It's incredible, it really, really is," she told the audience. "I'm 12 and a bit stone now. I'm still getting used to it all myself. I'd never wear anything like this." Dressed in a vibrant red jumpsuit, the TV star happily added: "Five weeks ago to the day, I was there on the operating table. Still for me every day there's something new. I couldn't go on as I was, everything was moving and jigging around. I'd go to my Zumba class and it'd be so painful."
