While we’re still trying to get over Megan Barton-Hanson’s £25k surgery makeover, we’ve now found out that her fellow Love Islander Ellie Brown isn’t afraid of a needle or two. The 20-year-old who hails from Newcastle, has undergone quite the transformation herself.
One of the procedures that contestant Ellie has had done, very much like Megan, is a rhinoplasty, costing around £7k.

Dr Tijion Esho, who runs the Esho Clinic, and has performed several other procedures on the star says:
"Ellie’s nose is now much more streamline and narrowed at the bridge with a mild lift at the nasal tip."
Ellie on Love Island
For her Love Island debut, Ellie visited Dr Tijion to “help her look her best for the villa”. He revealed she has had Dermal filler to enhance her pout ready to give her kissable lips. Dr Tiijion says this costs £1,000 for 2mls of filler. “Ellie’s lips are more defined and lifted in volume in the absence of any make up. Results are natural as treatment has been small but progressive in stages.”

Interestingly, she has also had Dermal filler to enhance her cheek bones. This costs £1,200 for each side. “Ellie’s cheek bones are more defined and angular by the used of dermal fillers with a cannula technique.”

Ellie has also had a course of Dermapen facials to clear and hydrate skin. Per session, these cost £350. “Her skin is smooth, hydrated and plump in appearance.”
Ellie considers her smile as her best attribute. "I love my smile," she said. "Everybody always asks if I’ve had my teeth done. They’re all real. I’m proud of them. Luckily I haven’t had to fork out any veneer money."
