There's no denying that Love Island's Megan Barton-Hanson looks almost unrecognisable after undergoing several cosmetic surgery procedures in recent years. In the exclusive photographs unearthed by HELLO! magazine it's been clear to see quite how much of a helping hand she's received to look the way she does now. A pal of the reality star revealed exclusively to HELLO! that her first surgery started at age 14, when she had her ears pinned back at school. And while one plastic surgeon had estimated that the 24-year-old had spent £25,000 on everything from a nose job to lip fillers, now a leading cosmetic surgeon has said it would actually cost closer to £40k for her full transformation.
Megan is estimated to have spent up to £40,000 on cosmetic surgery
Rhinoplasty/ Nose reshaping
£8,000
Dr De Silva, from the Centre for Advanced Facial Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery, said: "She has clearly had work completed on her nose. It is much more narrow and feminine and the tip is lifted. There is a gentle curve which is much more feminine. As the nose has been made smaller, she may also have had septoplasty to ensure her breathing is not adversely affected."

Cheek implants or fillers
£3,000
"It looks like dermal fillers have made her cheekbones more lifted and defined and made her jaw-line angular."
Lip augmentation with fillers
£3,000
"They are much more voluptuous now and the ridge of the lips has been enhanced. She will be having hyaluronic acid injected every nine months or so at a cost of £500-£1,000 per treatment."

Chin reshaping with surgery or fillers
£6,000
"If you look carefully you can see the whole shape of her face has changed. She has gone from having a rectangular, squarish face to a much more heart-shaped face like Scarlett Johansson. This in part because more volume has been added to the chin either through implants or fillers."

Breast augmentation
£6,000
"She has had breast augmentation, going up a few cup sizes and giving a better shape to her breasts."
Dental veneers
£9,000
"She has had at least eight veneers to improve the colour and shape of her teeth and smile."
Megan's friend told HELLO! that she first underwent surgery at the age of 14
Ears pinned back
£3,500
"It's known that Megan had her ears pinned back while still a teenager at school. This is a fairly straight-forward procedure which can make such a difference to a person's appearance."

Botox
£500
"I don't see a lot of movement in her forehead. It is unusual for a patient of only 24 to have Botox but it is the kind of quick fix treatment you would expect someone to have just before going into Love Island."
Skin treatments – PRP or hydrafacial
£1,000
"Her skin has a real glow and this is probably because of advanced skin treatments like PRP, also known as the Vampire Facelift, where a concentrate of platelet-rich plasma protein derived from the patient's own blood is injected into the skin. It is fast way of regenerating the skin and is supported by science."
