As the producer and star of Bride Wars, Kate Hudson has proven that she's multi-talented. And now she can add haircare expert and campaigner for good causes to her CV because Kate's joined with celebrity stylist David Babaii to launch David Babaii for WildAid, a range of hair styling products made from natural, renewable ingredients that are also free from all animal testing. And ten per cent of profits will be donated to global wildlife conservation organisation WildAid - www.wildaid.org.

The range includes an exclusive blend of exotic ingredients, such as rich cupuacu butter from the South American Amazon and nutrient-rich super volumising volcanic ash from the Vanuatu islands of the South Pacific, as well as blue algae and Polynesian white ginger. And it's free from sulfates, parabens, petrochemicals and animal products. “Our mission is not only to celebrate the remarkable beauty in nature, but to help sustain it,” says Kate.

Her stylist, David, who has also worked with Angelina Jolie, Uma Thurman and Nicole Kidman, adds: “Our mission is to help end the illegal wildlife trade and strengthen the number of threatened species." The range, which is tagged, 'Tested on Kate, not on animals', is currently only available in Australia and won't be out in the UK until May, but until then you can get more details – and pictures of Kate with her furry friends – at www.db4wildaid.com.au
