Having recently finished their debut solo UK tour, X Factor's first winning pop group Little Mix decided treat themselves with a trip to the salon. Vamping up their girl group image with matching coloured hairstyles, the four singing stars enlisted the help of 'Schwarzkopf LIVE Colour XXL' to achieve their 'Ultra Bright' new look.Perrie Edwards, who has recently split from One Direction star Zayn Malik, traded her lilac locks for an intense shade of hot pink in support of the Race for Life charity against breast cancer.Adding a hashtag "#candyflosshair" to the tweeted photograph of her new tresses, the singer was happy to flaunt her new softly curled pink bob as she shared the result with her followers.
While Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 21, added more subtle hues of blue to her natural ebony black hair, her pop star partner Jade Thirwall decided to turn up the intensity of her own blue tresses with a more vibrant hue towards the ends.Tweeting her salon success Jade, 20, announced to Little Mix fans:
"Just dyed me hair electric blue... and I absolutely LOOOVVVEEE it!!! :)"Jesy Nelson, 21, also rocked the dip-dye trend that evening by opting for a fiery red at the bottom of her curly tousled locks. The warm ruby red was blended out beautifully from the star's naturally brunette roots and complemented her olive toned skin perfectly.Only hours after hitting the salon, the Little Mix ladies also headed to Rihanna's River Island launch party Monday evening for some further style inspiration:"Tonight I met one of my idols… Rihanna… Me and Jade couldn't even talk! #StarStruck x Leigh"Like the girls, Barbados born singer Rihanna has never been afraid to experiment with a spot of colour in her hair. Sporting an intense shade of red throughout her locks in 2011, it's a look that comes back that the singing sensation comes back to time and time again. From bold and bright to delicately toned, click on the photos below to see which other celebrities love the coloured hair look.
