Nicole Kidman may only be playing the part of the late Princess of Monaco in a film biopic, but it seems that Grace Kelly has had some influence on the Australian actress's style in recent months.Attending the Cannes Film Festival 2013, Nicole has brought a touch of Grace's charm back to the French Riviera with a series of stunning hair and make-up looks inspired by the classic Hollywood star-turned-royal.

Sporting a vintage-style lace number by Valentino to the Nebraska premiere on Thursday evening, Nicole complemented the cream, high-necked gown by styling her blonde hair into a side-swept bob. The hairstyle, which flicked out at the ends, drew attention to the actress' statement gold earrings and framed her flawlessly made-up face beautifully. Emulating Grace's signature look, Nicole opted for a light powdered finish to her make-up and kept her brows and eyelashes softly groomed into place. She completed the effect with a petal-pink lipstick and matching blush.During the week's glamorous events, the Stoker star also experimented with a number of intricate up-dos to bring a refreshing touch to each outfit change.

Day one of Cannes saw the actress sport an impressive coiffed affair tied into a low-ponytail to flatter the strapless cut of her evening attire.  For the red carpet, Nicole chose a glamorous bright pink lipstick in a satin finish but kept her make-up more natural during the afternoon photocall with just a simple slick of lipgloss.

That afternoon saw the star opt for a more casual look to her hair with a loosely, dishevelled up-do. The softly plaited effect was ruffled softly and tied in place with a silk black ribbon tie, matching the colour of the star’s mid-length dress. The mother-of-four similarly added volumes of glamour with her hair at the premiere of Inside Llewyn Davis, starring Carey Mulligan and Justin Timberlake. Fixing her long strawberry-blonde locks into a self-standing quaff with plenty of lift and volume, the ends of her hair were then tousled lightly and set to the side with a chic, black hair slide.
