She's used to changing up her look when shooting a film, but Megan Fox's most recent transformation may be her most dramatic yet. The 28-year-old revealed on Monday that she had switched her trademark long brunette tresses in favour of a blonde shoulder-length 'do full of 1980s-style volume as she filmed a scene for new hit Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2.
Megan Fox was virtually unrecognisable when rocking a blonde wig during filming
The American beauty's new look is only temporary however, and turned out to be a wig – she was spotted filming another scene later in the day in which her locks were back to their usual brunette hue and sleek length.
The mother-of-two, who is married to actor Brian Austin Green, has been busy working on the highly-anticipated sequel, which sees her reprising her role as April O'Neill. However, there will be one major difference during work this time around for the star– filming for the first movie had coincided with her second pregnancy happening weeks into the busy schedule. "I spent the whole shoot basically [being nauseous]," the raven-haired beauty admitted on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "[I was] running, jumping, fighting. Saying things like, 'Show me what you got Shredder!' Stuff like that, so all the fun things you want to do when you're pregnant."
Megan's long brunette tresses are her trademark look
When she's not working, Megan keeps a relatively low profile, although she has previously admitted that she spends a lot of time focusing on maintaining her world-famous figure.
"I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates," the Transformers star told E! Online. "No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy. The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day."
"I don't have any cheat days," she added. "But if I did, it would be pizza or cake."
