As you might already know, HELLO!'s beauty team (along with a host of celebrities) is totally taken with Vixen & Blush – see here. And now, the hair extensions specialists have expanded, opening up a salon in central London, on Great Titchfield Street.

With a design influenced by Arne Jacobsen, this serene, modern first floor salon is located in the heart of Fitzrovia, just a 5 minute walk from Oxford Circus tube station. It's our new go-to salon for thick, lustre and natural-looking locks with no damage. Read on for our review of Vixen & Blush...

"Born with next-to-no hair (seriously), I'm always looking for new ways to add volume to my lacklustre locks. So I jumped at the chance to review Vixen & Blush, a cool salon that specialises in micro-bond and micro-ring extensions.

It had been highly recommended to me by a few people within the beauty industry – this, by the way, is a big deal, as beauty journalists try and test hundreds of different treatments/salons/hairdressers.

When it comes to extensions, I've tried it all – weaves, tapes, cold-fusion, you name it! So you can definitely consider me an expert in this field...

Which is why I chose Vixen & Blush's microbonds, over their microrings, as they are far less visible in blonde and fine hair. And they really are as invisible as extensions could be – by taking the time to style my hair properly, they can very rarely be seen.

The hair itself – Russian Virgin hair and Brazilian Virgin hair – is beautiful. It blends in undetected with my own. For anyone looking to increase their volume and/or length, Vixen & Blush is a must-try!"

One of the most annoying things about extensions for me is their visibility – my hair is so fine that they nearly always poke through, much to my boyfriend's disgust.

Vixen & Blush, however, has given me by far my best extensions to date.
