Khloé Kardashian has debuted one of her most dramatic makeovers to date. The 31-year-old has had her blonde locks chopped into a striking shoulder-length hairstyle, a stark contrast to the famously long and wavy tresses she has been favouring in recent years.
Khloé Kardashian debuted a striking new shoulder-length cut over the weekend
Celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin, the woman behind Khloé's new look, gave fans a glimpse of the star's new 'do on Instagram. "Guess who just joined the #ShortHairDontCare club! Do we like?" she captioned a picture of Khloé, who was smouldering for the camera. "#LOBS4LIFE makeup @joycebonelli thx @traceycunningham1 @oncolourground for ur help!!"
Lob is fashion shorthand for long bob. Jen has since revealed how she created Khloé's gorgeous new look.
"I chose a fresh 'fashion lob' that hits right below the collarbone for Khloé's new cut," she told People. "I kept the ends blunt and layered throughout the top for lots of movement and texture." She added that she used a "lot of sea salt spray" and Kardashian Beauty products to give the cut lots of volume and texture.
The Keeping up with the Kardashians star has been staying out of the spotlight for the last two weeks, staying by estranged husband Lamar Odom's bedside as he recovers from an overdose. However, the blonde beauty made an exception to attend sister Kim Kardashian's baby shower this weekend, where she debuted her new hairstyle.

Donning matching striped pyjamas with the rest of her siblings including Kylie and Kendall Jenner and Kourtney, Khloé enjoyed a fun afternoon at the 'Troop Beverly Hills' bash, themed after the classic Eighties Girl Scout comedy.
Although she remained tight-lipped about Lamar Odom's condition, the star did release a statement thanking fans for their support.
"You can never be prepared for an experience like this," she said. "But without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure."
