Kate Hudson turned heads when she rocked a shorter medium-length bob at the Golden Globes, but now the star has taken her new 'do one step further. The 36-year-old wowed fans when she stepped out rocking an even shorter bob, having chopped a further few inches so the length now falls just below her chin.

The Almost Famous actress showed off the new style by wearing her hair down in tumbling waves, swept into a side parting with heaps of volume at the roots for effortless glamour. She also showed off her impeccable style credentials in a pale blue blouse with a bird print, teamed with dark blue flared jeans to embrace the Seventies trend.
Kate first went for the chop ahead of the Golden Globes, where she dazzled fans with a sleek and straight shoulder-length style, a contrast to her usually long cascading waves. The mother-of-two later admitted she "was ready" to go for a fresh new look - while hairstylist David Babaii later revealed she decided to "just go for it".
"I cut my hair! I was ready to cut my hair off," she explained during an appearance on Live! with Kelly and Michael. "Why not? It'll grow back."

She also added that she thinks "boys are worse than girls" when it comes to going for a spontaneous chop – but that this isn’t necessarily the case with her four brothers.
"I actually think boys are worse than girls when it comes to haircuts," she said. "Except my brothers who all need haircuts and for some reason don't get them."
She joked: "They just don't know how to groom themselves."
Fans had been expecting to see the star rocking a new 'do at the Golden Globes, as the star teased her 3.4 million Instagram followers with a still from a Snapchat video of stylist David giving her hair a trim.
"Check out the trailer for my new film The Cut on Snapchat: Khudsnap," she quipped in the caption.
