Bella Hadid is constantly changing up her signature style and beauty looks. But when the model stepped out with an angled long bob or 'lob' haircut at the 2017 Met Gala, fashionistas around the globe stopped and took notice.

For those inspired by the fashion star's new style, hair expert Darren Scott of Darren Scott Salon, shares that the lob is a great option to try out as it can be adapted successfully for most face shapes and offers up a number of styling options.
“Someone with a very square face shape will look better with a layered lob, especially around the face framing area, as this gives a more textured look,” he told Cover Media. “Whereas someone with a longer, more oval face shape will look great with a lob that has a fringe or a side-swept fringe to accommodate the longer length of the face.”
When considering cutting off several inches of hair, Darren recommends consulting with a professional hairstylist to ensure you get a flattering yet low maintenance cut. And an expert will also give the tresses the right amount of layering and movement.
Bella's chic look was created by celeb hairstylist Jen Atkin, who gave her hair lots of shine by using products from her Ouai Haircare line. However, there are plenty of other products on the market for making a lob appear sleek and straight.
“Label.m has a fantastic line of styling products for all desired hair types. Their Smoothing Cream which contains avocado, Barbados cherry and olive, is ideal for damaged hair as it leaves strands soft and sleek and also protects hair against heat styling and UV rays,” Darren shared.
