Posting on Instagram, the 43-year-old shared a photograph of her in role as the iconic fashion designer. In the photo, her usual chocolate-brown hair is hidden under a striking platinum long blonde wig. Penelope in character as Donatella Versace
Penelope has been busy on set in Miami, starring alongside Edgar Ramirez, who plays Gianni Versace in the FX crime series, which is centred around the murder of the fashion designer back in 1997.
Over the years, Penelope has experimented with her hairstyle both in iconic film roles, fashion campaigns and on the red carpet at star-studded events. Recently on social media, the stunning actress posted a reminiscent photograph of her arriving at the Oscars back in 2012, where she sported a head-turning elegant 1950’s inspired ‘do. Her glossy hair was styled in retro waves, which complemented her striking floor-length Armani gown beautifully.
