Emma Roberts has gone back to being a blonde – and she looks fabulous. The 26-year-old actress, who is known to experiment with her hair colour, recently paid a trip to the salon to transform her brunette locks back to her signature blonde look, complete with an edgy blunt bob cut. Emma paid a trip to Nine Zero One salon last week, who then shared a short video of Emma getting her hair preened to perfection on their Instagram account. The footage, which was captioned: "Mercury made them do it... Tag team color correction for @emmarobertsby @nikkilee901 + @riawna textured chop by @riawna. #RobertsRetrograde#901girl #ninezeroone," showed Emma sitting back in the salon chair while a team of hairdressers worked their magic.

The co-owners of Nine Zero One salon – a favourite with A-list celebrities – chatted to US Weekly about Emma's new look. Nikki Lee and Riawna Capri said: "A blonde at heart can only be dark for so long," adding that the team had "chopped a good three inches off her natural hair and created a textured chin length bob."

And Emma isn't the only celebrity who has undergone a hair transformation at the salon this month. Last week, Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland also paid a visit. Sarah chose to go the opposite way to Emma, dying her blonde hair a rich brunette hue, while elongating the length of her hair with extensions.
After a photo of her new look was posted on the salon's Instagram account, Sarah's fans couldn’t believe how different the actress looked. One wrote: "This proves once again that hair makes all the difference! New colour + length and she looks like a different person!" while another added: "My favourite colour you've ever done on her."
