She's known for her beautiful brunette locks, but Christine Lampard shocked Loose Women viewers on Wednesday with a dramatic hair colour change. The programme's host showcased a new blonde look as part of the panel's experiment to see if altering hair colour can affect personality. You wouldn't expect Christine to suit a light hair colour due to her dark eyebrows and eyes but the star totally rocked the look and got a positive reaction from her fans on social media. However, we have to reveal one tiny detail... Christine's new hair colour was actually a wig worn just for the show.

Over on her Instagram page, Christine's followers loved her new hair shade. She posted: "Going to check out whether blondes really do have more fun! @loosewomen." One fan told her: "Really suits you. Love it x." Another said: No way! She looks stunning!." One fan was completely fooled by the wig, confessing: "Omg so embarrassed- I actually thought you’d gone blonde when I turned the TV on." Others weren't so sure, as one follower commented: "Much prettier with your dark locks, gorgeous girl."
