How incredible did the Duchess of Sussex look at the Commonwealth Youth Challenge Reception in London on Thursday evening? We can't stop thinking about that yellow dress she wore by Brandon Maxwell which totally brought the sunshine. Styled with nude high heel shoes and zero fashion jewellery, the wife of Prince Harry looked beyond dreamy. But we have to be honest – it was her hair do that got us REALLY excited. The former Suits star famously made the messy bun cool again when she first debuted the style in January – and on Thursday's appearance it was replaced with a new sleek bun, which was ideal for the heatwave due to its fuss-free nature. But just how does Meghan get her bun so sleek without the dreaded wispy bits?

HELLO! spoke to Lidia Zullo, Artistic Director at The Beauty & Blow Dry Studio who said Meghan's SB (sleek bun) is easier to achieve than you may think and can be whipped up no matter what hair texture you have. "Recreating this look yourself can actually be quite simple," she explained. "Working on either blow dried or straightened hair, simply take a middle parting and gather all your hair into a low ponytail at the back - keep combing through as you gather to ensure hair is tangle free! No backcombing is required as it is a very natural but elegant look."

To recreate the look, there are certain tools you need in your kit when creating this look at home. The hair supremo explained: "Tie your ponytail with an elastic and using a small hair doughnut, place the ponytail through the middle of it so your doughnut is now sitting at the base of your nape. Using the hair from your ponytail, completely cover the doughnut so it is not visible, cupping around it to ensure your bun is as sleek as possible. All that's left to do now is pin into place with kirby grips until secure." A very similar but slight variation of Meghan's latest hairstyle can be found in our latest look book exclusively at The Beauty & Blow Dry Studio, named The New York.
