Audrey Hepburn needs no introduction. The chic film star may have been known for her iconic films and impeccable style but her beauty, hair and makeup look is definitely up there. From her huge eyes, to her pale lips and perfect eyeliner flick, she is the perfect makeup inspiration. The actress always had groomed hair, which she regularly wore in her trademark up-do that wouldn’t look out of place today. We were surprised to learn that one of our favourite conditioners – the Elasticizer by Philip Kingsley, £34, was actually originally created for the movie star! The Breakfast at Tiffany's actress sought Philip's advice in his London Clinic in 1974, concerned that her hair was in bad condition. She worried that the constant styling on set made her locks a little dry. So, Philip created the Elasticizer – the world's first pre-condoning treatment.

Impressed? Well we have some exciting news, – Philip Kingsley has reimagined their hero product, releasing it in a new scent that is perfect for summer. The Pomegranate & Cassis scent smells totally heavenly,  with its impressive ingredient list of vanilla, patchouli and cedar, blended with a hint of warming spice, zesty orange, ginger and nutmeg. Delicious!

You leave for 20 minutes then rinse with water and shampoo as normal. Anabel Kingsley, who is the Trichologist at Philip Kingsley, explains that the Elasticizer "plumps strands with moisture to add bounce, manageability and strength, soothes the hair cuticle to create shine, and leaves hair looking much more vibrant."
