Mrs. Hinch's hacks are legendary right now. From the genius way she cleans her blinds with tumble dryer wipes, to keeping the bottom of her rubbish bin nice and fresh with a drop of Zoflora - the Essex-born, self-confessed cleaning fanatic knows her stuff. On Tuesday evening, she let us into yet another top tip - and it's one you probably haven't even thought of - cleaning your hairbrushes! The Instagram sensation - who is pregnant with her first child - proceeded to tell her followers she regularly spruces up her fleet of brushes with a drop of Dettol disinfectant, which will cost you around £3 from any supermarket.

And THAT is how you clean your hairbrush!

She explained: "One thing a lot of us forget to do, is Hinch our hairbrushes. You just need two capfuls of Dettol, the rest hot water, in the sink, leave it for about an hour, and then I'll use one of my combs to get the rest of the hair out. Done! And they smell really nice too." Filming a live video to the sound of 'Whip My Hair' by Willow Smith, it definitely got us in the mood to do the same.

Mrs. Hinch - who's real name is Sophie - then went on to recommend a couple of brushes she uses for her long blonde hair - the Tangle Tamer Ultra and the Coco and Eve hand-held brush that comes in a set with the brand's deep conditioner. Speaking of the Tangle Teezer - she called it the 'brush of life' and said "It's the only brush you will ever need" for both natural locks and admits it's great for those, like her, who have extensions.

It's going to be a great year for the viral Instagram sensation who has now amassed a whopping 1.5 million followers on the photo sharing app. Her first book - Hinch Yourself Happy will be available to buy in April  and we can't wait to get ourselves a copy.

Sophie revealed that it will feature chapters including "all things Hinching" to "everything you could ever possibly want to know about Mrs Hinch". She also shared her plans to go on a book tour when the title is released in the spring, much to her fans’ excitement.
