The Today Show stars are getting in the Halloween mood already, and among the first costumes they've debuted? None other than dressing up as Hoda Kotb!
As the spooky holiday fast approaches, over at 4th Hour Hoda and Jenna, hosts Hoda and Jenna Bush Hager offered up some last minute costume ideas, and made themselves the inspiration.
The two gave their crew and fans some Hoda and Jenna-themed inspo, and NBC contributor Donna Farizan nailed her retro Hoda look.
Hoda took to Instagram following the fun Halloween segment to give her stamp of approval to her colleague's costume, and had fans raving over the real throwback photo that inspired it.
The veteran journalist shared an epic photo from her early news reporter days, where she is wearing an oversized red blazer with a black collar and, of course, padded shoulders, and her hair is voluminously coiffed.
Donna nailed her recreation, donning a near-identical blazer paired with a matching pleated skirt, and she even made sure to add a wig that perfectly emulated Hoda's hair.
Reposting the photo and the throwback to her Instagram, Hoda wrote: "@donnafarizan you nailed it!! Xo," and fans were quick to the comments section under the post to rave just as much about the look.

"This was so great!!" one fan wrote, as others followed suit with: "Loved this today! You were a perfect Hoda, Donna!" and: "This part of the show was hilarious!" as well as: "This was so good! @donnafarizan you looked great!" and Donna herself endearingly wrote: "Love repping my Hoda!" next to a red heart emoji.
Many of Hoda's loyal fans even remembered when the photo might have been taken, suggesting it was from when she was a reporter for WWLTV Channel 4 in New Orleans, a job she held from 1992 to 1998.
Among the other Hoda and Jenna inspired costumes were Reading with Jenna, Hoda's "lemon hack," which saw someone dress up as a lemon with a wooden pick through it, and someone even dressed up as Jenna's family cat, Hollywood "Holly" Hager.
