Jennifer Lopez shows off her fantastic figure as part of the new Gillete Venus Proskin Sensitive campaign. "I’m always running around, trying to be on top of everything, but there are some things I don’t mind dedicating more time to," says the actress and singer. The star says she likes to take care of her legs, applying a rejuvenating facial mask to them while enjoying a relaxing bath.
Tracy Anderson, the personal fitness trainer of many international celebrities, including Jennifer and Gwyneth Paltrow, shares her secrets on how to get those sexy legs. According to Tracy, with summer knocking on our door, we need to get to work straight away. "Don’t leave it for later; start exercising and preparing right now! Don't get fit and go on a diet just for a single weekend at the beach. "Make fitness your way of life, and before you know it, you’ll be in good shape before summer."
Her advice is: "Plan a list of dynamic exercises that motivate you, such as one minute of jumps, one minute of jumps and squatting, and one minute of jumping and stretching. "Repeat those exercises for 20 minutes in order to achieve toned, fabulous legs." Tracy’s final tip: “Your leg muscles are enormous. Don’t work them too much because if you focus on them exclusively, they’ll become much bigger than you might like."
