Kelly Brook reveals how she stays in shape

Known for her stunning bikini body, lingerie model Kelly Brook has revealed some of her secrets to staying in shape. Speaking exclusively to HELLO! Online, the 34-year-old put her slim physique down to preparing her own food to ensure she's not consuming any hidden ingredients. "I always cook my own food so I know what's going in it," she said.

She also sticks to foods on the blander end of the spectrum. "I try and eat cooling foods like cilantro and salads – nothing too spicy as it makes our bodies hot and bloated." The model, who unveiled her first perfume Audition earlier this year, also credits her figure with regular exercise. "I love martial arts – Krav Maga and Ju Jit Su," she told us. "It's great because it's fun learning while you train. I think it's important to mix it up so you don't get bored and it keeps it interesting."

When it comes to Kelly's flawless complexion, rest is key. "My top beauty tip is to always get plenty of sleep and drink alkaline-balanced water," she said. "It's also important to fully cleanse, moisturise and use serum. At the moment I'm using Yon-ka on my skin. I love their serums."
