The Stay With Me singer took to his Instagram account to proudly show off the results, with fans quickly noting his new, slimmer figure. The 22-year-old also revealed the secret behind his incredible transformation, attributing his success to nutritional therapist Amelia Freer and her book Eat. Nourish. Glow.
"Three weeks ago I met a woman who has completely changed my life," he captioned an image of himself holding the book. "Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food.

Sam has been sharing snippets of his healthier lifestyle, with photos of vegetable-filled meals, as well as his workouts. The Money on my Mind hitmaker has been taking a playful approach, and recently shared a photo of himself at the gym looking tired, surrounded by weights. "Gym is kicking my ass today," he quipped in the caption. However, it was a photo ahead of a concert in Glasgow which fully revealed his new figure as he posed looking handsome in a dark blue suit, with fans quickly noting his slimmer build.
It's been a busy few weeks for the crooner, who recently collaborated with John Legend to record a new version of his track Lay Me Down for Comic Relief. The duet, which they recorded together in Los Angeles, will be the official single for Red Nose Day 2015.

"Lay Me Down holds a very special place in my heart," Sam revealed. "Not only did I perform it at the Brits I'm now going to perform it live on the Red Nose Day show with the extremely talented John Legend which is so exciting.
"I recently visited a Comic Relief funded project in my home town which supports the young LGBT community in London, I'm extremely proud that my single will help raise money for projects like this and many others in the UK and across Africa."
