Jennifer Aniston has always stayed away from social media, but fans were delighted when the 46-year-old made an exception this week. The former Friends star took over beauty brand Living Proof's Instagram account for one day, sharing glimpses of her healthy lifestyle including what she ate throughout the day.
Jennifer Aniston made her social media debut on Instagram
Jennifer, who is engaged to Justin Theroux, made her highly anticipated social media debut with one of Instagram's most popular subjects – food.
"Good morning, Instagram!" she captioned a photo of her delicious looking breakfast, which consisted of poached egg on brown toast, tomatoes and slices of avocado.

Next on the agenda for the Horrible Bosses star was a barre workout, which no doubt contributes to her keeping her enviably toned figure, where she was joined by her adorable white shepherd dog Dolly.
"A little barre work with my beauty," Jennifer wrote next to the photo of her pet surrounded by gym equipment.
Lunchtime proved to be as healthy as breakfast, with Jennifer revealing the ingredients for her "perfect salad". "Bulgar, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, & pistachios," she revealed.

The actress continually wows on the red carpet with her striking looks and slender figure, so it came as no surprise that her post caused a social media frenzy, with fans quickly noting down the list of ingredients.
While Jennifer is renowned for her successful diet and fitness regime, she is not afraid to break away from it to fully commit to a new film role.
The actress famously underwent a drastic transformation when she starred in Cake last year as Claire Simmons, a woman suffering from chronic pain following a tragic car accident – a performance which saw her nominated for the SAG and Golden Globe awards.
As well as stopping all exercise for ten weeks, Jennifer stopped watching what she ate. "I was still healthy, but I'd allow more," she admitted.
