The reality TV star says that before the gym she likes to have a green tea, a banana, and Justin’s Peanut Butter pack, for energy. "At that hour no one wants to eat, but I need a little something to fuel my workout," she says.

After that between 5.20am and 5.30am the 5ft 8in star leaves the house and jumps in the car turning up the music as she drives, "I need to listen to music while I drive."
